  • Each mail will be shipped out on the 20th of each month.

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime using the Stripe Customer Portal here

  • You will be billed on the same day of each month you initially subscribed. To check your account details, visit the Stripe Customer Portal.

  • Yes, I ship internationally!

  • Mailers are sent with standard stamps, so tracking isn’t available.

  • If your mailer arrived damaged please email me at contact@bofenglin with your name and photos of the mailer.

  • Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for Europe delivery and up to 21 days for international delivery.
    If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it’s possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at contact@bofenglin.com with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name + shipping address.
