Mailers are sent with standard stamps, so tracking isn’t available.

If your mailer arrived damaged please email me at contact@bofenglin with your name and photos of the mailer.

Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for Europe delivery and up to 21 days for international delivery.
If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it’s possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at contact@bofenglin.com with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name + shipping address. -
